RETURNS

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, Lawa-Lawalah will gladly accept the merchandise and it must be returned in its original packaging with all garment tags and labels intact, unused and unwashed with the copy of receipt.

Items that are final sale and sale items are non-returnable.


Refunds on returns will be in the form of store credit. For exchanges, donote that exchanges will only be processed if the item is available. Exchange can be made either the same item in a different color or you may also exchange for a different item.

Any additional shipping, taxes/import duties will be deducted from your refund.


HOW TO

    • Send us an email at lawalawalah@gmail.com within  2DAYS of receiving your order, with a brief explanation of your return orexchange, as well as the order number.

    • Pack and seal your return merchandise securely once you had received a reply email from us. Returns must be made via a postal or courier service with tracking abilities and MUST BE SEND WITHIN 5 DAYS from receiving our email.

    • You will be notified by email upon acceptance of the turned merchandise and we will credit your refund/make exchange accordingly.



FAULTY MERCHANDISE

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.


Lawa-Lawalah reserves the right to reject any returns and exchanges. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and no refund or exchange will be processed.
